not new to Ford, but new to powerstrokes
I just picked up a 1999 f350 xlt (02/99 build date) with the 6 speed and 165k miles on it.
i've been driving a 99 250 with the same engine and trans in it for work and it has 420k on it, so i figured i couldn't go too wrong picking up the 350 for myself. i'll be doing some searching and reading to see what to look out for and where i can get some gains out of it power/mileage wise. any hints will be appreciated  thanks

as for power it depends how much you want to spend and it becomes an addiction. you're wallet will thank you if you don't spend to much time reading on here
