New from Nor Cal

Hello,
I bought my first diesel in January and am looking to upgrade for better mpg and towing capabilities.
Ulltimately, I'll be towing a 5th wheel travel trailer and my fishing boat together through the mountains.

I'm looking to start off with a TS Chip custom tuned and a Cold Air Intake. Any suggestions on the types of tunes and a cold air intake?
