burning diesel

been checking out this site since january when I bought my 95 f-250 ext cab long bed 4x4. what a great use of the internet. I blew up another chevy so I decided it was time to buy a real truck now Im hooked on powerstroke. ps I just replaced the starter picked up one brand new for 229.00 japanese made anybody got any input on starters for a PSD cant stand to buy foreign but that was all I could find. I heard from a guy that factory motor craft starters were mitsubishi. What a great site Ive learned a lot cant wait to here from some fellow ford boys

don't know about the starter, i've never replaced mine. but i do remember seeing new one's in jeg's and maybe summit. might look there if you want some thing "american". i think they were made by powermaster. i'm not sure who build's em for them.
