well i rarely see it i am not certain i can pick my truck out of a line up... j/k
its a 2000 7.3 manual 6 speed (basically 5 speed with a useless granny low) c/c short bed with a 3 1/2 in Skyjacker lift kit and procomp adjustable shocks. :drive: not much more for mods but i am in the market to squeeze a few more mpg (average 13 tow or no tow) and a little more power (these Alaska hills are a force to be reckoned with) and i can't figure out where to begin.
i got taken for 500 bucks under the ruse of a bad exhaust back pressure sensor and tube being bad (whatta crock!)
my buddy runs a 2004 F350 and dumps Amsoil in the gas tank (does that really work?)

welcome to the site. There is alot you can do to your truck.

gauges is the first step. Then Exhaust and intake then a chip or tuner. That should get you started.

Great to have ya. What size tires are you running with the lift. Also, you prolly have the 3.73 rear end. That might be part of the problem if you are running larger tires. Like 315s or bigger.
