New to the site

Hi everyone just picked up my 2001 F250 with 150k on the clock. Truck some mods. Ill post pics soon! I know that it has a 150k is there anything to worry about? All matinence has been done to the truck. What about the tranny i.e. shifts hard due to the programmer chirps into 2nd gear, didn’t know if that’s to hard on the tranny? Any help and advise would be greatly appreciated! also and maintenance advice and anything to look for!
Thanks in advance
Corey

Welcome to the site!! I would definately keep my eye on the tranny if the truck is chipped, and the tranny is still stock and shifting that way. Congrats on your new truck!!

Welcome to POWERSTROKE.ORG.
Congratulations on your rig.
According to the 7.3 owners & experts here, you have a very tough engine - can go many, many more miles. Tranny may need some work, though. Somebody will give you more insight on the tranny.
