Diesel *newbie* 05 Excursion

Hi everyone,
I am new to diesel engines, I just drove home our new to us 05 Excursion XLT, she is beautiful I must admit. She already has 4" exhaust and 6" lift with airbag suspension in the rear. Anyone who has suggestions for increasing the fuel mileage, please feel free to reply, if there is any products we should stay away from please let us know. Hubby has an 02 Excursion with a 7.3, the 6.0 is new to us for performance tweaks.

Great to have ya. The only programmer you need is an SCT. And stay away from K&N for any PSDs. Congrats on the new Rig

Thanks to ALL of you for making me/us feel so welcome.
Hubby just educated me on some of her equipment:

* AFE stage 2 intake system
* Magnaflow 4" exhaust turbo back
* 6" Donaho (sp) suspension
* Firestone airsprings
* Drop down running boards
* 35 / 12.5 / 17 Toyo's
* Helo wheels

May be able to acquire an Edge with attitude for next to nothing...what do you all think?
Now that we what she already has on her, hopefully this will help in finding her some appropriate additions.
