what year diesel do i want?

i currently own a 2001 chevy 2500HD with a duramax. I had major issues with it so i have decided to switch over to powerstroke. I would like imput from people saying if i should get a new 2009, 2010, or wait for the 2011.
I also have some other questions i hope someone can answer for me.
1. is the 2009 and 2010 powerstroke the same?
2.i heard rumors that the 2010 powerstroke was built "inhouse" even though i thought it was outsourced to international.
3.does the 2009 and 2010 motor use a twin turbo setup?
4.what issues are most likley to happen with the first year 6.7?
5. what are people getting for fuel economy with a stock setup from the 2009 and 2010 powerstroke without a load?
6.is there any expectations on fuel economy for the 6.7?

thank you to anyone that can help me out.

If by "the same" you are referring to the engines, yes both the 09 and 10 have the 6.4. The design is basically the same too. The 6.4 is an international engine. The new 6.7 is the in-house designed and built by ford motor company. I dont have one but i'm pretty sure that stock w/out a load you will see about 11-12 at the most. Tune and exhaust i think is getting upwards of around 15. Someone will correct if i'm wrong. Fuel economy i think will be at the 15-16 mark with the 6.7. That hasnt been released, but they advertise significantly better fuel mileage.

Someone else chime in on possible issues.

Hope this helps.---If you cant decide on one---get a 2010 and 2011...then give me the one you like least.
