Ronbo,
I have been doing alot of research on remote starters lately. There is not a shortage of products out there. Many can be found on EBay stores or even through Amazon.com. They offer everything from simple, one button remotes to advanced, starter and alarm, 2 way devices. What ever you get, make sure it is designed for Diesel engines (allowing for a glow plug warming start delay) and Automatic transmission (which I assume you have in the EX). I also recommend you get one with a programable timer for turbo cool down on shut-off. Even many of the simple one button devices will have these options. As far as your heated seats, just have them turned on when you shut the vehicle off, and they will energize when you remote start it. Good luck.
