Got a great deal

Hey everyone...Just bought my first diesel. 2006 F250 Crew Cab Lariat FX4 short bed. This baby has everything, power moonroof, power slider, heated seats, chrome package, 20" rims, adjustable pedels, backup sensor, limited slip, upfitter switches, and a bunch of other cool stuff. I bought it for $4000 below invoice. I only have 300 miles on it and its already getting over 19 mpg on the freeway (so it says). Sure hope I got a good one, everyone says they got all the bugs worked out in 06. Keepin my fingers crossed.

Sold my 2001 Chevy Z71 with 6" lift on 35's. I was getting about 7 mpg with a Palomino Bronco 1251 on the back and towing an 18' ski boat.

MAN what a difference!

Now you know the meaning behind the phrase ( Have you driven a Ford lately?) . Sounds like a very nice rig. Do enjoy! And welcome to Powerstroke.org. Lots of info on here.
