Would like to take a moment to post my personal appreciation to Eric, and the Sales team at Innovative Diesel Performance.

The reply to my initial e-mail for clarification, concerning their custom tuning, and ordering process was responded to in only a few hours. The order was placed for a new SCT X3, and was processed and shipped very quickly.

As for tuning, Eric had my tunes back to me the same business day. And I'm very pleased with the first drive in the tuned 6.0L.

Again, thanks, its this sort of customer service that sets companies apart.

Eric has always been more than helpful when I needed tune adjusting. Maybe I hadn't emailed him in a year or so.....but he responds quick and treats you like he just talked to you last week.
