now I'm worried with all that problems posted here with customer service. kinda makes me think I'm not going to get my stuff next day.

I placed an order for my Insight CS and mounting pod with Innovative on July 10th and it arrived on the 14th. I am very happy with them.

i placed an order yesterday and got overnight shipping, box was here around 10am today. i wouldn't worry.
