Concern with IDP

Well I'll start this thread by saying that I run Innovative's xtreme street, and I love it

However.... It took be about 20 phone calls total to complete the deal. They don't answer very often. But enough about that.

It's now about 3 months since I got the tune, and I've been looking for a tune with some more smoke (and maybe a bit more stock stud friendly). So I shot them an email.

About a day later I received the most generic response. I even mentioned in mine that I had their extreme street and love it, and I get back this:

Tyler,

The Xtreme Street will give you the best mileage, with a light foot.

Our Xtreme high power programs are $80 and all other programs are $65.
If you order more than one, we discount them.

Our most common Ford 6.0 programs are below:
Xtreme Race- 420-440rwhp/760-780rwtq - Converter locked in all gears.
Xtreme Street- 420-430rwhp/730-760rwtq- Not recommended for towing.
Street- 400rwhp/670rwtq- Tow up to 10k lbs.
Tow- 310rwhp/560rwtq- Towing over 10k lbs up to the maximum of the
truck.
Economy- Mileage program only.



We just need the SCT device serial number and the strategy of your
truck. To get the strategy, hook the SCT to the truck, choose vehicle
info and read strategy.

They didn't even come close to answering my question, or offering a tune for what I'm looking for. So I'm planning on taking my business elsewhere.


Just thought I'd post this, I was rather disappointed in their customer service, not their tunes.

Thats your choice. But just so you know most tuners arent writing smokey tunes anymore.

I understand that, and if that is the case I would be more than satisfied with an email stating that. Rather then one that suggests a tune (extreme street) that I clearly said I already run?

I don't know, I just really dislike when I get a scripted response.
