Exclamation Problems with Innovative

Ok here is the deal. I hope someone from Innovative will chime in here and help me get either my money back or get me the stuff I ordered. Week before last I ordered six new shocks for my truck. I ordered them that week cause I needed them by today and they were closed all last week. So mid week last week I got two front shocks and two rears. I am missing two front shocks now. I called the distributor that sent me the shocks and they said they had plenty in stock but Innovative only ordered four. I called them this Monday and they claimed they were on back order but the warehouse I called said they have them. I am going out of town tomorrow and I sure would have loved to have the parts I ordered so I wouldnt be riding on blown shocks on my trip. They told me the other two would be here today so I would have time to install them. Just saw the UPS guy and he said there were no packages being delivered to me. So I called Innovative today again and no answer and voicemail is full. Can someone from Innovative please contact me and make this right.

Yea I called the company that shipped the ones I got to me. I called the number on the top of their invoice.

They're in Maryland, probably closed cause of the weather. Whether that's a good excuse or not, I don't know

I can understand that today but when I called Monday the guy didnt seem to care I didnt get my order. He said he cant get a tracking number and it should be there "sometime". That doesnt seem very customer service oriented to me

Agreed, sorry for your trouble. I haven't been hearing very good things about their customer service lately . They worked fine for me, but that was over 3 years ago

Well i finally got the missing shocks. The reason I ordered from Innovative is because I heard good things and I hoped they would work well for me. Unfortunately I was wrong and now I know if I am ever in a time crunch for parts to order from someone who carries the parts in their inventory.

I don't know what happened with your order, but I do know that for over a week now, we have had weather related issues with utilities. I have been trudging through over the knee high snow to restore power for the past few days. There shop is in a rural area.
