New SCT owner with ?????

Just wondering when you call in to talk to someone about tunes, do you ask for Eric directly or can anyone help? I called yesterday and got voicemail and wasn't sure what to do. Would be really helpful if some of you guys that have dealt with Innovative quite a bit could shed a little light. I've heard he is one of the best and I want to run the extreme race stud file. Just curious, and now to wait for some replies! Thanks guys.

I think you could just leave a message on the sales extension. Have your serial number of your sct and your stock strategy for when they call you back.
