Needed - Custom Fab/Welding Work

I want to do something that apparently not many have done - on board air on my 97 OBS PSD. I have only seen 1 person do it, but dont recall who it was, and cant find the thread/pictures. I have the compressor decided on. But I can't find anyone willing to do the custom fab work. Really just need to find someone that can weld.

The entire process involves relocating the battery & wiper fluid tank.
Also requires re-routing intercooler pipe around and down under where the compressor gets mounted.
Then I need to get a custom pulley made for the alternator.

If I can get that much done, I can do the rest.
(mount air tank & train horns, route air tubing, mount valve inside the cab.)
Anyone in the Indy area know who I might be able to contact regarding this type of custom fab work?
Really anxious to get this done.
And if I can get it completed and working, then it lays the ground work for others that wanting to do this. I definitely would do a write-up on the process, so help others can get it completed on their truck.

If you know of someone that does this type of work, please let me know.
Thanks
