Well here is the plan for the next month and a half

Sending a check on monday to that one guy for his Full Billet ATS stage 6 transmission

Ordering a super 66 turbo from unlimited diesel

and ordering a 5" exhaust system and fixing all leaks in the process

Hopefully I will finally have my truck running well again

I had plans for sticks until I had to pull the motor to fix my gushing oil leak, so Im just going to wait until next summer. Or maybe a super duty.

yeah Ive just been working a ton to get the money for these parts so that I can finally fix my weak points and have a good running truck again and luckily I can fix my leak at the same time. Its getting old driving on the stock tune non stop but when the hear the scraping metal sound coming from the turbo it keeps me from turning up the chip

Yeah Ill definitley let you know

My turbo has a good amount of shaft play, not sure what happened besides the injectors took a toll on it, I got back from working in northern wisconsin and turned the truck on and heard a scraping noise and pulled off the intake and the compressor wheel was eating into the housing

That sounds like that sucks. So what is the difference between the super 66 and the d66?

yeah with the combination of the slipping trans it pretty much blows, my truck isnt very fast and hasnt been the past two months, it sucks and I cant get a BTS til the end of august but this stage 6 ATS is full billet so it should do the job.

The super 66 and D66 are very similar, the super 66 is a little cheaper though and unlimited is a good reputable company so I figured Id try something different since everyone goes with a D66

I have come to the decision to just save my $$ for a super duty and then some day build up the old truck. I have been working on a guy that lives near me that has a platinum edition with only 69,000 on it.

Nice that would be sweet, I figure that after I do these mods Ill be in good shape besides an electric fuel system, I shouldnt have any other major weak points or failures and I should be right at 400hp so Id be happy with that
