I'm a horrible boss. Yesterday, in honor of St Patrick's day, we closed up at noon and I took everyone for corned beef and Guinness.

My boss made me go out and pull the molding off my truck what an ace. But i am glad i did it looks sweet. I wonder what that horses ace is going to have me do tomorrow?

I work for a small family owned Excavating company. Things get crazy at times and he comes out to the job Mother F'ing everybody and picks up shovels and throws them across the job. Then 1 hr later he is your best friend buying you lunch.

thats how we do it, you got to keep everyone guessing...

I have these i hate my boss days, all the time with the engineers... i am just lucky they arent my boss...
