combine multiple threads

I keep noticing alot of threads in the 99-03 sections. Could we combine some of the threads such as all the 05 conversion stuff into one sticky that shows up in all of the sub forums so the newer guys can look there first to see. Maybe put a post probation period of a few days where they can only post in a few sections so the new comers can search. I think it would help cut down on the clutter

I don't mind that we answer the same questions over and over. That is one of the things that makes this site welcoming to newer members. I know when I was first here, I was asking questions that had been answered a hundred times, and nobody told me to go search for it, or that I was not here long enough to ask that question.

IDK.....I don't think it's a bad idea. I just think it might seem a little cold to put restrictions on what newer members could do.

Just my

My only thoughts would be that it would help cut down the band width the site uses which would make the site cost less to run

That way our support fees we pay can go to other things to make the site even better.

HA... I THINK WE ARE TO LAZY HERE IN AMERICA....
WE ALL WANT TO NOT DO RESEARCH..
WE WOULD RATHER POST UP OUR PROBLEM OR WHAT WE WANT AND GET IT.
WHY CLICK AROUND AND SEARCH FOR HOURS WHEN YOU CAN GO TO WORK FOR THE DAY AND COME BACK TO YOUR ANSWERS..

IM GUILTY OF JUST POSTING IT EVEN THOUGH I KNOW PEOPLE PROB ALREADY HAD THE PROBLEM..

BUT THAT IS WHAT IS NICE ABOUT THIS FORUM YOU DONT GET YOUR HEAD CHOPPED OFF FOR ASKING ABOUT SOMETHING THAT WAS TALKED ABOUT A FEW WEEKS AGO ON THE FORUM
