Question 7.3 and Cummins exhaust

i've come acrossed a 5" exhaust system for a cummins, i know i'll need a down pipe for the 7.3 but from that point on it shouldn't it be fairly close? yeah i'll probably need hangers but for the most part should be about the same? reason i am asking is the guy is askin $100 for the whole thing and if you price a new system roughly $4 to $5 hundred for a new one....what would you do??? buy it and make it work?? i have factory exhaust and the cat is hollered

i would buy it!
your down pipe will only be a 4" because of clearance so you might need to buy an adapter.

If its from the same type of cab bed config it should be real close.. If your capable of doing a little exhaust work I would go for it.
