Getting logged out

Why does the site automatically log you out after 5+ minutes of inactivity? Even if you check the box to keep logged in, after 5 minutes or so when you refresh the screen you only see the newest posts and your User CP will show no subscribed threads. This is an extreme pain and am wondering if it can be changed?

I have not seen this happen before. I will bring this to the attention of the Admins.

On the main page when you log in, where do you log in? Upper right or left middle? If you log in left middle it will do this, for some reason if you log in upper right it will not.

I login on the upper right. I've tried both ways and still does it.
