tech files and truck problem forums

Can we get them put together? I only frequent the 6.0 forums and I see alot of the "hi Im new, my truck doesnt start any ideas?" It takes a simple pointing in the direction of the troubleshooting a no start condition thread that is located on the other side of the earth in the Tech files. Im guessing a majority of the new people coming in are looking for solutions to their problem, if it was located closer to the problems forum or even stickied up there at the top of the motor problems forum and the main 6.0 problems forum it would probably cut back a good half of the "fix my problem for me" type threads.
Im a self proclaimed forum troll and I almost wrote off the .org cause all I saw was the "tech files" at the top of the forum list. I thought wow this is all they have? how gay, I cant even post here
So many people visit the site that Im sure its hard for the real mechanics that want to help to keep up with the traffic and the "help me please" posts. this is a great community we have going here and I think it would benefit everyone if it was easier to add 1+1 = the answer I need

Kinda hard to do that as the reason they are seperate is the tech files can only be posted in by actual techs and site staff

ok what about adding the troubleshooting a no start condition as a sticky or maybe linking the "tech files" forum as a sticky in the problems forum? You can do that and lock them right? Just trying to cut back on all the BS posts of stuff that has been gone over a few hundred times is all.
