shout box

I admin at a couple of sites and the shout box, for ppl to chit chat in, is a good place to let ppl get to know one another. Would it be possible to have a shout box here??? Not for technical questions just a place to shoot the bull. Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this thread,... lots of good folk here that i would like to talk to on a personal level. We have chatrooms...and the chat box down towards the bottum of the forums. Or are you talking bout something different than those?
