Angry POST RELEASE

Is it really necessary for nitto to put a sticky in every damn section of the forum about their new tire.

If someone wanted info on tires, I would think they would look in the TIRE SECTION.
Why clutter the board with duplicate posts

It is for advertising. They will unstick after awhile and then just drop off.

I know its for advertising and yall have no say in it. But if someone else posted the same question in 5 different parts of the forum, they would probably catch alot of shat.

One of the great things about the forum is that it is unbiased (for the most part).
Im sure that Nitto's new tire is a great product. I'm not bashing nitto, Im more concerned with new people logging-on and seeing advertising for something that may not be the best choice for them.

For example what if Edge had one of their products sticky'd in the 6.0 section. Most of us know that an Edge on a 6.0 is a recipe for disaster.
A newbie might not know that. If he seen the ad, then went out and bought one, there is a possibility he could damage his truck. I would think that would be bad rep for the forum

Your right Wes, but again there is nothing we can do about it and as far as other members doing it and us Mods all over it like white on rice, its the only way we can keep stuff like that to a low with in our powers

As for product placement like Edge or any other vendor. That is why this forum is here, for consumers like you and I to find out what products are out and how they work in the real world compared to what is said on paper and magazine ads. All members are more than welcome to share real world experiences and reviews on products, but members have a hard time doing that while not bashing the product

I hate those multiple posts. They push to much stuff off the main board! I dont get the point of multi posting things since all you need to do if it is that seriose is just bump it up!
