My guess is that's is the U-Haul bandit himself Michael Pliska.

He's a member here I beleive. He's also an Isspro engineer, and a very good bracket racer.

A couple of years ago, he flew into Indy for the DHRA event, rented the only diesel powered vehicle he could find for rent (a uhaul truck) and headed for the track.

He was going rounds.. and turning in some amazing reaction times, when rain ended the event, if I remember correctly.

Marty.. unless I've gotten some of the details wrong.. it's true.

I think all of that happened two years ago. This past year.. he flew in again, but was offered a ride in TS Performances diesel Jeep Liberty.

He did very well in it also... with reactions times into the .oox range!!!

Yeah that's Pliska. He tried his darndest but couldn't break 22 seconds.
