Blonde camera plus signs

A blonde was trying to take pictures one night but the camera wouldn't flash. After a couple of attempts she decided to change the batteries. After grabbing fresh batteries the camera still wouldn't work. She checks the position and sees that the plus signs are all up. Her friend looks at the camera and says to the blonde, "Um those aren't plus signs. Those are screws" Batteries put in camera correctly and all is well........
