Dear Bill Collector,

Due to unforseen reasons I am unable to pay the bills you are trying to collect on.

The reasons are listed below

1. Gas prices are to high I can not afford to work

2. Because I can not afford to work I have no money to pay you.

3. Because of my Job I make to much money and can not get state or federal assistance.

4. But because of the gas prices I can not afford to drive to work.

5 There for I am unable to pay your bill.


Now if you would kindly send my bills to the Middle East and ask the owners of the oil companies to pay my bills for me, lower the oil prices so I may afford gas, so I can go to work, so I can pay your bill. I would greatly appreciate it.
