passed out doing brakes...

Im working on my front brakes, its 109* out here, Im by the river so thats + 20% humidity, and I have no shade... so I decided to replace my front pads last night so I got up this morning and went to the parts store... I came home and started working and by the time I got the front wheel off I was swetting like hell. I pulled the caliper and replaced the first 2 pads. I put the wheel back on and went to the other side.. I pulled the wheel off and I didnt realize how hot it was and how hot I was and I passed out... Im just lucky my girlfriend came over and got me before I got too sunburnt... but I went inside for a half an hour, and went back outside and got it done.

Drink something with electrolytes. Gatorade is good.

Its gets pretty bad here too, out of the 26 days of july 24 of them have been over 100!! Glad your ok though.

Ya guys Im fine just a little heat stroke... and all I drink is water and gatorade but usually I water down the gatorade so I get the same amount of electrolytes but less salt. O and I drink beer but its no good to drink beer and work in the sun. doesnt mix well in my stomache while Im hot...
