Performance Test results screen

Ran performance test today.. Got this screen... Any ideas?

Sorry we haven't responded! We have been very busy developing some new product and we don't always have the time that we want to spend on here. Definitely a let down on our part and for that we apologize. Have you tried the performance testing on the latest software? If you can't get it to work past this point please shoot us an email or PM and we will be happy to get this taken care of. Thanks for the support!
