egr turn off

Does the mini max and other h&S cycle the egr valve if u dont have it deleted? i am worried about it getting stuck not being used and causing a problem when i take off the programmer and trade the truck off. just wonering if u thought this could b a problem or not.

I was told by H&S that it will shut off the EGR. I got a tune from KEM that will cycle the egr at idle.

Ok i see. i thought thats how it was, i am just afraid that it will be a problem when u want to run the truck stock again if its not cycled or something at some point and time. i like the idea of the way kem is doing it then. thx

I am really interested in switching over to H&S but this is an issue that worries me some as well as shift quality. i have heard some people complaining of hard and rough shifts. Really want to have shift on the fly and like the size of the mini max but dont want to spend that much money if im not sure of it. the sct has decent power and always shifts great, just hate how long it takes to switch tunes and have no guages w it. well it does they r just so bulky i refuse to use it for that.
