Cobb's Diesel--Not an Authorized Dealer!

This to inform the forum that as of 10-12-2010 Cobb's Diesel Performance is no longer authorized to sell H&S Performance products. This is due to repeated MAP violations. Any H&S products purchased from Cobb's will not carry a warranty.

This also serves as a warning to all other H&S dealers to maintain MAP/Unilateral pricing. Selling or advertising below MAP/Unilateral pricing is against our policy and is grounds for loss of authorized dealer status.

Any questions please let me know.

Casey

MAP is Manufacturer absolute pricing.

Means the manufacturer sets the sale price that EVERYONE has to abide by
