Anybody else out this way want to go? Or can we talk anybody else that lives out here into going?! I did meet a local guy the other day that said he was going to bring his (IIRC) '99 Superduty out to the track.

Be cool if the numbers were more even. Instead of mainly dodges and then a few gm's and a couple fords.

Coming up quick!

Just lost my clutch hydraulic's yesterday. When I went to this SPEC dual disc like 4 or 5 years ago they suggested upgraded hydros but didn't require them. So my stock stuff lasted quite a while pushing on that extra plate load.

Well I should say I think I lost my hydros! I'm pretty sure anyway. Couldn't shift out of any gear when not moving and engine on. And the truck wanted to creep forward all the time with the clutch depressed. Had to shut it off to switch gears at a stand still and then it shifted perfectly.

I already had the upgraded hydros sitting on the shelf so that was good. Just got done replacing them and I'm waiting for my drill battery to charge so I can drill in the reservoir to the firewall with a couple self tappers.

Anyhow my whole point is hopefully I can race on the 2nd! Was just doing some test launches on some back roads yesterday before the hydros let go. Was getting quite a bit sideways on 15-20 psi 4wd launches! Damn it felt good! Dang thing didn't want to shift to the next gear though.

So we'll see here in a few if it was in fact the hydros.

Well don't think I'll be racing. Went to do some test launches and the damn clutch doesn't want to disengage again (It did launch great 3 times). But now it acts like it doesn't have enough adjustment to push the slave cylinder in. I'll have the clutch all the way on the floor and if I lift a C-hair it starts to roll forward. Doesn't want to go in to reverse at all. So as unlikely as it sounds I'm thinking it's a bent shift fork. Some guys I know think maybe it's the pilot bearing, but that doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Or maybe these new hydro's are shot internally. Damn it I wanted to race......
