My next CC gun

I took my Dad's Charter Arms Undercover 38, out yesterday. Its a great wheel gun and is pretty accurate for having a 2" barrel. Lightweight, and very easy to conceal, it even fits in the pocket of my Levi's. I just can't decide on the DAO or a SAO/DAO??? For 300 bucks you can't go wrong IMO

Great gun for the money, go woth the bobbed hammer. Easier to get out of the Levi's.

Do you have one without the hammer? I was just worried about reliability with the hammer being internal, rather than something I can see without taking anything apart.

Not the Charter, but I've owned several S&W airweights, and they are great without the hammer.

I've owned a couple Charter's throughout the years and as I said, for the money they are great. They might not take 20K of rounds but they are great for PP.
