Heated Clothing..
just wondering if anyone has any heated socks, gloves, etc.. that they use while they hunt.. I have thought about buying something like that before but don't really wanna spend the money on something that may not work that good... it would be so nice it they made a long john's that was battery heated...

well I do wear carharts and then put my camo over them... I stay pretty darn warm when it is in the teens... but my feet is what really gets me.. the hands sometimes but not always like my feet... and fart... the deer will smell me then![]()

My feet always freeze even if its only like 30 outside with 1000 gr rocky boots on. I bought some of the battrey powered socks 2 weeks ago and I love them. They don't get real hot like an electric blanket, but you will notice that your feet aren't cold. The only problem I had is that now that my feet aren't freezing it let me know how cold my hands were!

A friend of mine has a heated jacket and gloves he got at a bike shop for riding his Harley in the winter. Says they work pretty good.

Yeah, those work great on the bike, but that's because you plug them into a pigtail you attach to the bikes battery. You have to unplug them when you get off the bike.

Heated socks are great. Just make sure that they are temp ajustable!
