Haven't bought one yet but my dad just went and got a license to purchase one because Bass Pro is running a special on them with 2 mags a hard case holster and something else for a pretty good price but since I'm 19 they can't sell it to me soo he has to buy it for me then I can buy it from a private party such a hassle but I'm pumped I loved the one I shot.

I bought a Springfield XD-45 tactical. I took it to Robar and had them NP3 coat the slide and internals.

Best thing I did, because I heard the black finish came off easily, even in the XD gear holster.

My Buddy had his XD-45 service model done too, as well as his bolt from is DPMS Panther AR-15

well i went and did it today. i pick it up 12/04!!!! i ended up gettting the XD .45 compact with the 4 in barrel. whats robar and how do i get that done to this gun and how long/much was it?

the one i got was 642.xx with tax and fees. comes in hard case two mags, holster, quick load thing, mag holder and a coupon for two more mags and another mag holder( for free)
