This snake was recently found at the old Turkey Creek located just south of BURGAW, N.C.-- 20 MILES NORTH OF WILMINGTON, NC

If I remember correctly I think Snopes says that picture is from Texas.

after looking around i was killed in NC, was 9 foot 1 inch and came in at 90lbs. saw the same thing on 3 webpages
