'08 Moose hunt

Well this year we got lucky and bagged a "small" bull, but he is a meat moose....here are some pics of the moose. It was sure one tough season, it took 1.5 weeks of bustin' balls over tundra, mountains,bogs, and crossing swift creeks and darn near gettin' washed down stream, but we finally connected w/ this bull and got about 500 lb. of meat in the freezer now

It was shot w/ a 30.06...

shot it right behind the ear on the neck, dropped like a rock...he's a little bigger than my last bull, his racks measured 48". Thanks for all the comments
