The thing that scares me about the ruling is how close it was (5-4), which re-enfoces' just how important a presidential candidate can be to the future of the country!

Nothing will change. This communist state will not uphold the laws voted in by the voters. But I can assure you they will uphold the illegal gun laws they put into power. It is all about the political elite and screw the public.



If you follow any of the big supreme court cases, they are always 5-4. That way they are not perceived as radical but more subdue.

I agree whole heartedly! We won the battle but the war continues on. The anti-gun nuts are not going quietly into the night. They will be back. Now is the time to press the fight while we have momentum.

The liberal / progressive / leftist / socialist / communist movement will try to find a way to strike back at this.
