I just don't know about those devices. I mean, I'm sure they are very functional but, I don't think I could rely on one to save my or my family's life. I am a firm believer of being fully comfortable with one weapon that I contiuously train with to become and remain very proficient with. And part of a situation that would require pulling a gun on someone involves the perpatrator seeing that you are about to end his life. That sometimes will buy you a split second since he now is trying to decide whether he wants to follow through with it and is it worth it. I have to believe that unless you are the one trying to be devious then those "spy" weapons don't really have much of a purpose. And I can only imagine the cop's thoughts and implications you would be facing if pulled over with that in your vehicle. You'd instantly be "labeled". They are pretty cool from a gadget point of view.

Hey Tony hook me up!

I buy weapons because I enjoy weapons. I have my hunting and I have my self defense weapons and then I have my "why" - "because I can" weapons. I'd buy one of these in a second just to own it. If I can legally own it, I'm a law abiding citizen who's never even been arrested and love god and country but if it's legal and cool - I'll buy it. Heck I have no need for a Lamborghini in the US either but if I had the cash I'd own one just because I could.

strange guns

those guns would be cool to have it was legal just for a conversation piece but unfortunately they will be used for other means ofcourse. i have a pretty good collection p38's, old colts, black powder, and a gyro pistol that actually shoots a little missle ,although i haven't been able to find any ammunition for it. have any of yall ever seen one of these. there different, i believe they were origionally made for the vietnam war as anti tank guns that were hand held and silent. the ammunition or missle actually had rocket fuel in it ,and in theory it sounded like a good idea except it was really effected by wind. the jet fuel didn't really kick in until about 500' and if there was a strong cross wind it divert off course and it was a crap shoot were it would end up so it saw limited use and very little success in the vietnam war. if anyone knows anything about these pistols i would appreciate the info, and if there is still ammunition for them i would like to shoot one round out of it, like at a round bale or somthing just to see what it does. if not it is a cool piece of american history.
