I could understand a laser but i wonder why the red dot sight? So you could shoot after hours and still see your pin?

depends. if it magnifies its ellegal. if its just a projected red dot like some pistol sights then its prbly fine. some states its worded difrently. some states illuminated (electronic) sites are elegal for hutning youd just have to get a coppy of your regs.

were limited to let off, draw weight, arrow weight, etc. there prety strict around here.

Well, here's mine. Parker Ultra-light 31. 29" Draw 60lb pull. Got a great deal on it when I upgraded from my first "real" bow, an XI Silverhawk (I still got it btw). Still haven't been able to get it tuned in right, I think it might be the whisker biscuit or the fact that I am too picky. Gonna try out some carbon arrows next year, still shooting the X-Caliber aluminums right now. I will say that switching to such a short bow (31" axle to axle) from my old one made me have to learn a few new techniques and tricks.
