Its fun when you're at a dyno event with 50 truck, 46 of which are Dodges and a few Ford's make a decent showing.. Especially when the dodge guys are standing around and ignoring the fords until they hear it come to life on the dyno then everyone is filling the room trying to see the dyno screen

I've always thought it is a combination of more displacement and the 2v vs. 4v per cylinder.

that is so true too Greg!! when i mentioned how much HP i put down, one of the Dodge guys was shocked when i said 291, he said "it sounded like you had more than that!" LOL next time i will have more than that

Whats the going rate for a Dyno run costwise? we paid $50 for HP and tq, or we could have paid just $40 for HP

It is usually around $50-$75 for three runs.

thats about what we got, some of the Dodge boys got more than 3, one guy blew a head gasket on his 4th or fifth run, LOL. i got two runs and they were both very even as far hp and tq. HP on both runs was 291, and i think the other tq run was 584
