Awesome numbers and nice meeting you Terri, and the rest of you that I met (some of which I drank with Friday night until 5am). Sorry that I put that completely stock motor truck ahead of you so early in the day on fuel only - could have let you sit on top for a few more hours. Gotta get mine on a Mustang dyno sometime so it will give it enough load to get it's boost or at least have me operating it so I can use the brakes. Can't believe it took that 6.4 so much spray to beat a stock motor '06 chevy by 10hp and my bad pull by 3hp.

Congrats again Terri! I have to admit that I like the picture I took immediately after the run that doesn't have my 289 right under your 517!

I wish I had made a video of your victory dance! You were (are) one proud lady!

Congrats.

Hey there! It was nice meeting you as well. I believe that 6.4 was having the same issue as you were with the boost or lack there of. . Oh and completely STOCK motor? Yeah right!! Thanks for the congrats.

Chris's LBZ is completely stock engine. He has the stock intake, stock turbo (unmodified), stock injectors (and nozzles), stock down-pipe, stock manifolds, no drugs. His list of mods are:
Diesel Addiction custom tuning (EFI Live)
Diesel Addiction built SunCoast trans
AirDog lift pump
5" Flo Pro exhaust
EGR Blocker
FPRV Shim kit
Spring Clamps
Straight Center Link
Tie Rod Sleeves

So NOTHING on the motor has been touched - everything still has the torque on it that was put on by the man or machine in the GM plant. He ran a 12.95 without the lift pump or shim kit, the only weight reduction he does is the tailgate. Bring me another 06-07 Chevy that is completely stock and you can watch while I build the trans, install downpipe back exhaust, install a lift pump and shim the FPRV, plug in my laptop for about 5 minutes and then we'll head to the dyno for a 500+hp pull. It's all in a good days work on the LBZ (aside from the hours of tuning that it took for me to write that tune).

IMO your 517 is a much bigger accomplishment because it's no where near as common as a DMax with over 500hp. Even the LB7s are putting down over 500 on trans, lift pump and tuning.
