2010 6.4 Dyno Results seem off: 540 rwhp and 1800+ ft-lbs rwtq...
Alright, so I took my truck in today to get it dyno'ed and the horsepower number seems about right, but the torque number is way high (I think). Mods are in my sig and I'm running the H&S 300 Hot Damn tune with the TC locked in 4th and 5th.
Here are the graphs... This was a run where the truck was brought up in fifth gear and then made the run... ![]() This run the guy had the truck in fourth gear and it shifted on him... ![]() Some pics and one vid on the dyno... ![]() ![]() Last edited by WydOpen; 11-06-2012 at 08:27 PM. |

Unless that torque peak is at about 950rpm, it is WAY off.
![]() Something is definitely wrongMay go to see django unleashed with Paul with either the calibration of the dyno or with how they have their graph scaled. That torque peak looks to be at about 2200rpm from the curve, and since HP is torque x rpm/5252 that would mean almost 700hp. Too bad the graph isn't torque vs rpm on the graph |
