99 Transfer case

Pretty sure my transfer case went out today. I have an auto tranny with manual shift transfer anybody know where I can find one for a good price moneys a little tight. TIA

Are you sure it was the x-case and not the tranny???

Pretty sure diesel mechanic that knows these trucks said that if it would move in four wheel low but not high or in two wheel it was probably the transfer case.

its very rare for these TC to go bad... i have actually never heard of anyone breaking one...

but you could of been the first...

i have a spare off of a 05 but its electronic kind... i would let it go cheap but its heavy has hell and would cost you more to ship it then what you would pay for the TC

Thats the problem I'm having found some good deals here for several used ones for like 200 but there all electric shift.
