Okay I got a reply from ABOBB and I copied it below. Big25courty Had a good idea of a logo in another thread about doing something similar to S.carolina using the state layout with the flag behind it. I don't know maybe someone with better software then me can put something together.

Next step would be to come up with your chapter name, and then get started on logo ideas.

Once you've got those down, get your chapter leadership positions filled, and submit it all to a member of the staff for approval."
