Any Fannin county strokers' here?

I'm heading to Blue ridge (3rd year in a row)with the wife and kids for a much needed vacation in a few weeks. I was going to bring some atvs with us this time and was looking for a good place to ride. I see that davenport is currently closed and Beasley knob looks like it might be to rough for my son (he's 9 and rides a sportsman 90). Anyone know a good spot to keep us busy for a couple hours or more? All suggestions welcome! Thanks! Kelly

Hey bud. I know some places up there but they're all private land except for the ones you mentioned. Beasley Knob is a good place to go ride, but some of the trails can get pretty steep not to mention there's some pretty deep ruts throughout the trails.

This trail is in Dahlonega, Ga which is about a hour away. It's a neat trail w/ a good bit of scenery. Some of the trails can get narrow (better for a dirt bike) but that 90cc won't have any issues.

I have not heard about that place. It looks to be fairly new. I would keep trying to get in touch with them. They have a nice website and the pictures look legit

There is also Oakey Mt over here in Rabun. Haven't been on it in years, so I can't comment on what the trail is like now. Whissenhut is a decent trail.

Yes it is still there. But it is located in Gordon county if I'm not mistaken. Houston valley is a good drive away but is an excellent place to take a youngster. They have easy trails all the way to fairly difficult. Its in catoosa county. Houston Valley ORV

We're back from Blue Ridge and I gotta say, moto mountain was an absolute blast!! It's in Fairmount and the trails were well marked with lots of ups and downs, way different than the flat trails I'm used to here in So. Fla. there were easy trails and a few harder trails, 2 of which we didn't even attempt (dirt bike guys said my little guys 90 wouldn't stand a chance!). The trails are also only one way so i didnt have to worry about someone flying around the corner straight at us. The guy that runs it ,TomCat, was super nice and extremely helpful in giving us the layout and how the trails are numbered, he even gave us his cell# in case we ran into trouble we could call and he could come n get us. It was great we spent over 7 hours there and it was awesome! Kelly
