Need help from fellow Georgia folk

Hey guys! I'll keep this short. I need a change in career. I'm in Athens, Ga. About to be 26 years old. Married with no kids. I've been an industrial electrician/mechanic for nearly 8 years now. I love the job BUT a few years ago our company got bought out and I can't stand the new management. I will not work for dirty, cut-throat people. Anybody in the north georgia area think they could help me out with finding a new place to go? I need something soon. Not too picky either. I work industrial now but would be fine with residential, commercial, contract, or even fleet maintenance.

Thanks for the help guys!
Jeremy

Industrial electrician? Do you have a degree? Georgia power may be looking for new electricians for the new nuclear plant in Augusta they are building. Plant Vogtle.

Also look on WWW.Tva.com and look. I think we are going to hire a new class to start training to be nuclear electrician/techs and instrument mechanics. They make between 75-90k a year and the benefits are awesome. Also if you do have a degree you could look to get into plant operations and actually run the plant its self. That's what I did. Was an electrician at the carpet mills here in Dalton and they flat out sucked balls. Got lucky and got a job with TVA in 2009 and now I am a Unit Operator at Watts Bar nuclear plant.

Pm me if you like and I will try to steer you towards the right direction as dar as the Nuclear field goes.

Also could look at WWW.nukeworker.com

Good luck. I will help you any way I can.

By far the best job a country boy from Murray county Georgia could ever expect to get. Consider nysekfcdamb lucky not to be in the mills anymore
