lookin at a rig in duluth, can anyone check it out for me?

So I'm in the washington DC area and a found a 7.3 excursion in duluth that I'm very interested in but was hoping that a member here might be able to check it out before I book a plane ride down there n all.
Just hoping that they can test drive it, check out the steering, trans, and just look it over for me in general and give a good honest opinion?
I'm tryin to scoop it asap if it check out well.
