Have you got the wireless tv box? My buddy does and its crap. Half the time you FF or RR, after you hit play, it looses volume then you have to play with it to get it back. And, half the time it looses volume, it replaces it with a horrible interference type noise. Comcast just told us our bill was going from $126 a month to $226 a month because we are out of our 2 year special we got when signing up so I'm looking for options. I never understood that process...."thanks for being a great customer for the past two years; were doubling your bill".

We've got DirectTV bundled with u-verse Internet. We've got like the 200 channel one(includes military channel and velocity network) with the second to highest Internet and its about $90/month. Every time our contract runs out and they pulled that crap all I have to do is call them and complain and they give me whatever deal is going on for new customers.

I have direct path which is direct tv for apartments and haven't had any issues. The initial purchase always sucks but I think I pay $55 for 120ish channels and the HD DVR was free. In a year I think it goes to 80ish, and at that point in time I will cancel or threaten to cancel until they give me the new promotion.

I have a friend in winder who canceled his cable and uses an antenna. Says he picks up about 35 channels. No shortage of money in his household, just sick of payin and always gettin screwed. If I could get Fox News with an antenna, I'd do the same.

Yeah, before I make any decisions I'm going to make sure Comcast knows my plan to see if they will do anything about it.

I live I carrollton and have digital antenna. I get around 30 channels and then use my Xbox for Netflix and hulu each one is $8 a Month. We save about 120 over dtv.

So I talked to att this morning. After an hour on the phone it was realized that all the receipts, order numbers and 45 min in the store was a waste.

They had no record whatsoever of me having service. So now I wait till the 28th and they will turn it on, supposedly.
