i dropped off the truck cause the alternator and batteries screwed up, which messed up my electrical system. And i told them the automatic lights might work, but then they just click off automatically. I came the next day and they said it was fixed. i said wut was wrong, and they said, oh some wire was messed up..it cut off on the way home. and they didnt charge me anything, so obviously they didnt even look. I have friends that have problems with them too. They are just so busy that its basically pointless gettin work done unless it's like a 5k job. Then theyll jump right on it. Nice ppl but they left a bad taste.

I'm trying to recall it - was this a black crew or ext cab truck? That's the only one that I can recall that had a problem like that. When it's an electrical issue, you can use the computer to try and detect where the issue is (wiring or a sensor) which doesn't always work especially if it is an intermittant problem, then you have to try and look for obvious signs (worn wiring, etc...). If this is the truck I'm thinking of then we ran a scan on it, it showed nothing, so we looked over the wiring found a bad spot, made the repair and didn't charged you because it was a very minor repair. We would never just "not look" at a vehicle and then say it's ready for pick up. We value every customer whether you are spending $5 or $5000. You said that "I have friends that have problems with them too." If you could please let me know what kind of problems. Although it's impossible to please everyone we try our hardest to keep our customers happy.

Maybe you guys did replace it. It's still broken but if you did replace the wire I do appreciate it. And yes it was the crew cab black truck. I'd take it back up there but I moved back to Orlando, FL for now.
