Lookin' for a GOOD Diesel Mechanic Around Atlanta

I am looking for a mechanic to do some diesel engine work and so far my experiences have NOT been great. What I want is a diagnostician that does more than remove and replace likely (very expensive) parts in the hope it fixes the problem. I am enough of a mechanic to recognize I need an expert so an Expert is what I'm looking for.
